General conditions of sale
1. Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the sale of products through the Moments Complices website accessible at the following address: www.moments-complices.fr (hereinafter referred to as "the Site"). By placing an order on the Site, you accept these GTC without reservation. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not place an order.
2. Products

6. Delivery

7. Withdrawal and Return
Withdrawal period: In accordance with current legislation, you have a period of 30 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal without having to provide a reason.
Return Policy: To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to return the product by email to (your contact email address) or by post to (full address of your head office). You must then return the product in its original condition and packaging. The return costs are your responsibility, except in the event of an error on our part.
Refund: We will refund the amount of your order, including the initial delivery costs, within 14 days of receipt of the returned products or proof of their shipment.
8. Warranty and Liability
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
